We used to have our daughter’s cubby house where the cabin is. There was a wild storm one night and a powerful wind blew down a fully gown gum tree which ended up right on top of the cubby house. Once we removed the smashed cubby house, we decided we needed to replace it with something else to take advantage of the creek views. So we decided to build a real life size cubby house so we could share with others what we experience daily living in this magnificent location.
