HOW TO BOOK
BOOKING for one or two people is the same rate. The base rate is for 1 or 2 people sharing the same bedroom. If you want to open the second bedroom send a request asking for the 2nd room to be opened and a $100 fee request will be sent to you to accept. This is to cover further preparation and cleaning of the 2nd room. Both rooms have one king bed in each room that can be split into 2 singles per room. A foldout bed can be supplied for a 5th person.
CLEANING FEE
We will charge a cleaning fee of $50 if the kitchen utensils and cookware is not washed. A further cleaning fee of$100 if the living areas are left in an extremely dirty condition e.g. food left on carpets and wiped on furniture and walls.
